Antenatal classes (6h+1h birth planning session):
Antenatal classes can help you and your partner to prepare for labour, birth and early parenthood. It may help you have a better birth experience, as well as prepare you for coping in the early weeks after the birth. After the sessions, you will be able to write your birth plan with the help of your midwife.

Support during labour:
Having a midwife with you during labour increases the chance of having a positive experience and having a normal birth. The midwife guides you and gives you continuous support during pregnancy, labour and birth.
You meet her in early pregnancy to know each other, then, at 32-34 weeks, to discuss your birth plan and, at 38 weeks, to do a routine check-up.
Your midwife is available by phone/whats app to answer your questions.
Your midwife is on call for 3 weeks before your due date and 10 days after.
Medical care: fetal heart beat, vaginal examination to check the dilation
And guidance and pain management: Tens machine, breathing, relaxation, positions.
